Each order is prepared with love and care from our atelier in San Diego, California, USA. We ship our emotions worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to some remote areas and parts of Asia.

Because each piece is often personalized, we dedicate 1-2 business days to process your order. This includes engraving, customization, and a meticulous quality check. You will receive a confirmation and tracking details once it’s on its way.

We offer two reliable options to deliver your sentiment:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD): Via DHL or FedEx. Your gift will arrive in 10-15 business days after dispatch. Ideal when you need a timely delivery for occasions like a Christening or a Thank You.

2. Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 USD. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after dispatch. A perfect choice for planned celebrations like Christmas or Anniversaries.

Please note: because of their personal nature, personalized items (with engravings, names, or dates) can only be returned if there is a quality or craftsmanship issue.
